Our client, a large Pharma Marketing Firm, is seeking a full-time Strategic Delivery Manager to join their team to act as an onsite consultant for their end client located in East Hanover NJ. Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and direct team for successful delivery of digital projects with specific scopes and requirements. Manages multiple concurrent projects related to facilities and utilities for diverse sites.
- Engage with internal and external teams and agencies to manage delivery of digital projects.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers, and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members using the change management process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, help to bring forward Veeva & industry best practices, and guide decision making to meet the timeline and avoid scope creep.
- Identify risks proactively, develop resolution plans, and communicate in a timely manner.
- Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Closely track and update internal or client project management system.
- Develop and deliver progress reports and charts.
- Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- User Support, Trainings, New Requirement gathering, issue resolution.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple CAST initiative projects working alongside project leads and take responsibility for on-time delivery of planned activities.
- Build collaborative relationships with CAST leadership team, GBS stakeholders, DDIT, Martech and other internal teams for effective execution of program initiatives Plan and schedule activities, milestones, and deliverables for each project within the program.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are regularly communicated on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Document CAST achievements and communicate success to relevant stakeholders.
- Guide team managers and team members, providing direction and support and serving as a first level of escalation point of contact.
- Proactively identify potential risks to the program's success and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a project manager in the Pharma industry.
- Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
- Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
- Experience of working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong communication
- Ability to work with Onshore and Offshore models and partners.
- Experienced with Project management and Agile framework.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical requests and teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree
